So many threads, so many days and still no word from devs about this issue.
Can we at least know why it's such a huge problem to fix this?

There are people who payed on auction 300k for personal banner two weeks ago, and still got nothing in return.
I think we deserve to know what's going on and why this issue can't be fixed yet.
