The dilemma of the internationalism ideology of the communism (like every media-fueled ideology of today), is you need money to communicate your ideas to the masses. Hence why what you screenshotted is quite ironical 
But except if in Greece the communist party is different from where I live, they are quite against any european controlled bank (at least not as long as the european union is princiapally controlled by right wing countries).

Let me tell you some things about the communist party here in Greece..
Most of their senators, live on one of the wealthiest regions of Athens, in big villas.
They used to have 2 TV stations, they only have 1 now, they have a newspaper which they sell 2 euros, and a website (

They always scream and yell, that the basic wage in Greece should be 1000 euros, and yet, the people who work under they payroll, are getting paid with 450 euros per month, let alone they tend to fire people very often.
Also here in Greece, if a political party gets elected to the parliament, they are getting paid 4.5 million euros to cover their expenses , since 1974 ΚΚΕ, got elected in every election that this country had, and yet they ask for donations from their voters.

It says that they took a 5.8 billion loan from the Hellenic Financial Stability Fundation so they could help the people with their investments, normally I would be ok with that but here`s the trick. This foundation was made by several banks in Greece, and although they claim to be private, the Greek National bank is a member aswell..

1. IMF gives money to Greek government, then the Greek government gives the biggest part of the money to this foundation
and
2. The banks give loans to the Greeks, which they pay two times. 1 to the government to cover the IMF debt and 2 to the banks to cover their loans.
