Try fighting percival and his mw longsword... The thing is so fast its hard to even see and you can still outrange 1 handers

well with the heirloom respect and me being tired of my 9 str 33 agi whif on armor build with a spamtana.

I've succombed to the temptation of the lolsword.

MW German Greatsword. Yep thrust was nerferd but compared to a katana thrust... I'm enjoying doing damage!

German is still the best piercing damage 2H sword.

(well tied with the greatsword.)

I know the danish looked better with 2 more slashing damage and 1 reach more but my decision surely come from doing abysmal damage on thrust with the katana.

2h easy mode has always been flamberg for me. One hit kills are just so easy to get with that one hitter quitter. Then again, i am a GLA aboozer

I think if you want to justify staying 2h (over polearms) you need to be using something with a unique strength.  That used to mean the stab of a dueling sword but now I think its speed which is how I arrived at my current favorites.

Thanks to the stun on the 2h thrust which forces you to hit a smart opponent at the end of the animation, Miaodao with Highland Claymore as a close 2nd.

Does anyone know what are new stats for German when heirloomed? I have 2 heirloom points, and I hope to get the third within a week/fortnight. I just don/t want to waste them since I don't play that much and it will take forever to get them again.
