Because Game Admin Feedback section is the place to post this.
*Hit* Edit on your character.
Skip character name (male/female) (assuming that you already have this part done)
Skip the face design (assuming that you already have this part done/don't care)
Click the banner option "Use Clan's Banner" - Will be the middle option
If that isn't what the problem is then I have no idea.
