Transferring Character over cd keys

Hi I have recently returned to crpg, I bought Warband on steam when Napoleonic Wars released, however I had an account on crpg long before that with an heirloomed character and another character with a quite a large sum of gold, I was told it is possible for an admin to transfer characters from one cd key to another. I am posting this here because I have tried contacting admins but to no avail, any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Because everytime he will want to play Napoleonian mod, he will have to log in to the steam account, and that changes the warband cd-key from the registry.

He can just register his first cd-key on steam, and make a new account, for example.

I already tried registering the cd key with steam, it doesn't recognize it. It would be nice to have all my characters on one account as well.
