With the guy winning who is most adept at abusing native 2h stab, yeah, gg. Native is a different game by now, and cRPG 2h heroes are at an advantage there.

The fact that people still think duelling skill has anything to do with skill at the game troubles me more.

Duelling is a part of the game so how can you possibly claim that your duelling ability has nothing to do with skill at the game or do you define the game as "battle"?

It may not have anything to do with the skill at the battle, just like playing at public servers has nothing to do with being able to perform in a competetive clan match but both of them are obviously a part of the game, just different and your ability to perform in them has something to do with your skill at the game. Now you may prefer one over the other but that is just personal preference.

And calling native 2h stab "abuse" is silly, just because feinting is useless for 1v1 fighting in cRPG and that there is something in native that can actually challenge your ability to block and feint somehow makes it bad?

It wasn't about skill vs. skill, it was simply about putting him to shame, not to mention taking our "argument" away from the server. It was getting pretty stupid, so I challenged him to the duel. Can't help that he pussied out of it. And yes, he was made aware that it was NA_3, and bragged about me leaving and him not going when I left to go.


Anyway, I'm just hopeful that any clan that may have considered recruiting this clown now realizes what a dunce he is.
