ok ok ok as admin explained to me : Q M V works for that...but I need vocal orders from friends..... just count the "hellos" in few minutes it is annoying....

I have more and more screens...

From my point of view it seems that you ONLY play the mod to rat people out, and that really sucks

You mean spamming the voice commands? No it's not bannable. There's a limit for it and when you used enough voice commands in a row it starts to have a cool down time and you have to wait to use them again.
