Why i dont hate strategus anymore

People that complain about banner balance + are old timers. Join a clan! There are tons of relaxed clans that doesn't require you to lift a finger. (like ninjas)

I've seen the team of randomers beat a team of Mercs or Byz quite a few times.

Like Oberyn said, Clans hardly communicate when playing, it's more whining when they die etc... The only reason clans that stack win more is because they stick together and gank gank gank. If the whole team of randomers stuck together in a group and fought together it would be exactly the same. The problem isn't the clans stacking, it's the idiot pubbers who just disperse in different directions and get killed one by one.

Pretty much this. Like when GK used to always play together we were on TS, but there was hardly any tactical talk except for the rare day. Most of the time it was just swarm ganking because we'd just follow each other.

Byzantium must find a good leader who can spend his time with diplomacy, trade on steam and with travelling ts by ts for organizing themselves in strategus I think---> spending his at least 70% of gaming time for only chatting      I actually see that a pity cos a kinda famous and valuable clan is not playing strategus with good organisation. I personally miss you guys since we were friendly in strategus

Strategus mostly takes up too much time and effort and just makes clans end up hating on eachother...

The battles are wars are still fun and the XP is a nice reward but it's not worth the drama.
