Graphical issue: Characters having seizures

So, one of my friends has been complaining about how he constantly sees all the characters in the game just spazzing out. I really didn't believe him, but he recorded and uploaded a clip to youtube while messing around in duel.

This seems like a pretty significant graphical issue. But it's hilarious to watch.

Are you sure he's in the duel server and not in the breakdance server?

On a more serious note, ask him if disabling "Reduce Framerate Limit Input Lag" in graphics options fixes it.
