Sittingbull has final say as clan-leader, but I can confirm there is interest from Astralis to be a part of this! 

Sittingbull requested admin, and I'd offer my services since I have admin background on NA official servers.  We might need another person if we don't have good coverage, but that can probably come later.

Is the other thread for gear restrictions etc in the process of being created, or have I missed it somewhere?  I'd be happy to help make that if we need one.

Afaik the raven guys are tempering with the gear/gold limit that is server side, and assuming that works we most like will go with that

Yes. For limits it's: 50 Total Body, 50 Total Head (though you can't even use a Gothic Plate with Bevor so that Total is superfluous) , 30 Leg from boots.

If any of you other currently unaffiliated players (or players who wanted to try participating but don't yet have enough interest in your own clans to do so) wanted a squad, I'm looking to form one to test some tactics. The composition I specifically wanted to try includes:

1. Three to four 2h players
2. Two to three spearmen (either hoplite or long spear works here)
3. Two hybrid cavalry (either 1h or lancer is fine)

Send me a message if you want to play. Note that if you are not one of the above classes but are a good player, I am more than willing to change things around and accommodate you if necessary.

Check out Raven server right now there is 40,000 gold limit to spawn atm which basically lets you spawn with a top end weapon and about 50-55 armor. If I want to spawn with say 2 stacks of jarids, a destrier, or a xbow + bolts you basically have to drop my armour down to 40 so I think that adds a neat trade off. Also all this stuff will be UNLOOMED cuz looms really eat disproportionally (relative to statistical value) into gold value consumed so they are pretty useless under these settings which is a great way to police loom use IMO.

We can tweak that gold # easily so check it out and give us some feedback.

Also that's why I would say a team should come up with 3 uniforms one for heavy infantry, one for medium (for hybrids and agi shielders/spearmen) and one for light (archers).

Anyway I hope to have some scrims this week, we have one setup for FCC wednesday, and hopefully Remnants and/or TKOV thursday. If a clan wants to scrim on the server let me know and I can start setting up admin accounts so you can change stuff like maps, pw and other basic admin stuff.
