I remember that this guy ran over plenty of other policemen and -women and endangering everything on his rampage; I would also go batshit crazy if some fucktard ran over my colleagues and may kill them and random civilians; there´s no way of thinking about discipline in such a situation, that fucker deserves a good slapping, even if he is already unconcious
