Ban Request Bloody_Hate

I was playing on eu4 when Bloody_Hate suddenly polled Bloody_Hate for no reason. He was fighting properly, bravely even - so this poll was unjust.

Pls ban him for poll abusing.

no. he has to be banned. 10 days minimum. Just read the log... even Bloody_Hate said one. and this guy used to like Bloody_Hate
