Why was i banned, i havent played in a LONG time

I wasnt banned when i left.


What could i possibly have done while the game was uninstalled and i was playing other games.  I came back because i missed crpg and i get this nasty global ban message. Can i get an answer?

Havent played in like 2 years or something, still banned :(  Would someone official at least tell me if its permanent or what is going on. Brother played on my PC, god knows what he did, may have cheated, who knows.
