Is there a strat reset coming soon?

Just wondering because this strat has been up for more than 6 months now. I don't know how eu is doing but in my opinion na is about ready if Hospitaller loses this war.

Just wondering because this strat has been up for more than 6 months now. I don't know how eu is doing but in my opinion na is about ready if Hospitaller loses this war. I know some people are probably gonna say i made this post just because we were wiped. Its partially the reason. I just want to know if there really is a point to restart the grind part again if its just going to be reset after we have built up some gold.

In the past it seems that wipes have occurred when the map is stagnant/one side becomes too dominant AND when new features are lined up to be implemented. The first might be upon us soon, but the second seems unlikely.

I'd love a strat wipe too, though. I hope in the future gold is harder to come by. I'd like a realistic portrayal of centuries-old combat with the main infantry equipped with simple mail armours. Tincans running around everywhere is silly.

Strat isn't over just because one block takes out another, it's over when bugs are fixed, etc. It's not like there are not going to be armies, factions, and so on still existing. Just stop thinking of factions/alliances as static entities that can never, ever change even when circumstances do.

strat only ends when it bugs out so bad as to be unplayable. siege gear not working is certainly a step in that direction.

Hell yeah, three realms like in DAoC, if one comes in and stomps a keep the third swoops in for the easy take.  Except it takes days instead of minutes.... nvm that sounds horrible.

I'd like Occitan and Hospitaller go to war. It'd be nice to do a change all across the board next round honestly, which is why I like Kalam's idea so much.

Do you think the devs have a huge strat patch ready? Cuz otherwise not much point. They changed A LOT between strat 3 and 4.
