I think it would be useful to have a short list of pre-generated reasons to select from when you submit a kick/ban poll. "Leeching, Team-Wounding, Trolling" etc. Make it so that the reason is included in the server message. "Kick player Nehvar -- Reason: Leeching -- (1)Yes/(2)No" for example.
As it is now I rarely know exactly why a poll is up and just press whichever button is easier to hit at that particular moment. I'm sure its the same or similar with a lot of players.
