Half my clan at one time or another has ahd this crap pulled on them on siege. I got it from Druzhina_Segd as I opened one of the back doors to allow my teammates to shoot out and then clsoed it again, he actually spammed me with it ten times through the door and got me the tenth time when i was fighting him and a couple others as the door broke down. So yes it is done and very very often abused, especially by trolls and people looking for increased multipliers already on x1 so have nothing to lose. Very easy to miss even when I do pay attention to chat, because well it is a combat not a chat game and sometimes you are too busy to read whats going on in chat.
