I am still under the impression that the NA community sever is still operational (http://forum.meleegaming.com/na-(community)/), if not then go ahead and disregard *shrugs*

Truth be told I am a little out of the loop on NA stuff, more concerned about EU atm.

Airith, the guy that was funding it by himself for the longest time, stopped doing so and now it is gone and there is a big server-sized hole in my heart.

Apparently he asked for donations repeatedly after he stopped playing himself, but eventually gave up.

No one will play on this server anyways.  It will be filled with dirtbags and trolls with bad maps and horrible admins, and will be dead at primetime within a few weeks.  Enjoy!

Oh yeah, good point Dynamike.  Whoever hosts this, will NEVER get donations.  Even if people say they will, they simply won't.

Wylker and Zealot got almost zero donations, from his own clan or random players, and quickly stopped playing the game + feeling responsible to foot the bill anyways.  People just don't care in this community.  So I strongly recommend against wasting your money or time.

As I said, I absolutely am willing to donate. If I had known about Airith asking for donations (begs the question who and how publicly did he ask?) I would have chipped in.

I have a decent job and am paying lots of bills for things I do not enjoy - why not put some money into one of my activities that I do?

Keeps me out of a club and away from spending 20 bucks for a drink some nights anyway.

You have to talk to a dev to get the server connected to the database. I suggest going into IRC and talking to one of them there or sending a PM to meow/Shik.
