Accidental Trade - any way to reverse?

I recently accidentally traded my +3 Throwing Spears and 75k for a +3 Italian Sword.
I was attempting to gauge values when I misread it and traded.
Is there any way I can revert this trade?
I have messages Meow; is this all I can do?
My character's name is SrbijanWorLerdNigglesworth by the way, and I accepted the trade of biu_biu_biu.
Thanks for reading and I hope this is resolved soon, I want my chuckers and 78.05k back!

Meow won't help you, because it was still a fair trade. Check your messages to see who traded with you and contact him. Perhaps he will give it back to you. Good luck.
