PING IS SHIT

After spamming rejoins i can usually get it below 50, but a couple months ago it was ALWAYS the same low number 30-33ms,  these days it varies from 30-230. Its CRAZY.

The game is not fun with 100ms, people ghost around for me, and i glance on everything.

Eu2, Eu1 dons´t matter the mod have become quite unplayable with more then 65 players on the server..

So much delay and lag spikes.. 

Any chance we could do a community paid tribute to get a new server host  :

My ping's been jumpy for many months (but never before that where it averaged around 50); at first occasionally, then regularly (around prime time) and the last month I haven't been able to play cRPG at any times, or any servers, every time I try to log in.

I use my internet for a variety of other purposes without any problems whatsoever. I've moved, gotten a new router and ISP, called technical assistance many, many times but the problem persists.

Now, I've just given up, really, waiting for the issue to be resolved. I don't understand something isn't done though, it keeps a lot of players from the mod completely, no way the mod is fun or competitive when your ping jumps in the hundreds.


I do miss playing, and would be very interested in donating to new servers or new provider, or whatever is needed.

i've been having it just since recently maybe 2 to 3 weeks ago it started, now it jumps between 28 - 155, 28 is what I used to get constantly. allthough the last 3 days it has been very stabel but ive certainly noticed it for a while..

But its getting worse :/

As far as I understand it cannot be the server hoster because there are people like me that didn't had a single ping increase in the last few months. And I think thats why devs have such a hard time doing something about it, it is not clear where the problem is lying at all. Just watch me when I'm playing ping is usually 29-31 and never ever goes beyond 40.

Well, judging by what cmp and Cooties said some time ago and my own experience it is something with servers hoster, not everyone sufferes from this issues.
Unfortunatly my patience reached its borders.... I am guessing that not only mine  . It's only getting worse and worse...

We are waiting long enough to get it fixed, I know that community is not really helpfull in that case but we would all profit from simply moving servers somwhere else. Probably fastest and best solution. If you don't have any issues with current servers you won't even notice the change, but whose that play with over 100 ping at prime time will surely appreciate having oportunity to play again with their usual pings.

If you need money for that, just say it. I am sure that it won't be a problem for some of (including me) to donate for the new server host.

All the people I know having ping problems only have it on EU cRPG servers. Not on native, not on NA cRPG, not on other games. It can't be anything but a garbage server provider.

what about crpg aus sometimes the server loses so much data in transfer that no one can do anything

Well... If lets say I'm a hosting provider in france and I have an AWESOME line to Germany vs average line to GB - then GB have lag spikes and germany is on 10ms ping

OR - it might be some sick cloud shit... Which is near impossible to detect, unless you have whole bunch of monitoring going on. Thus - the community latency thread/

no problem on my side. if it was server host, wouldn't EVERYONE experiencing latency issues? im pretty sure its somewhere in between server and client. some routing issue or similar
