Good half-swording built

I want to make a 2h half-swording built

I thoguht about 18/21 mx wm mx ps max ath and rest if

half pole half 2h

does that sound ok?

im interested. i just decided to casually equip a twohanded sword to halfsword with my 15/24 build.

That looks pretty cool.

I made a similar build on my 2h, just putting like 75 wpf or so into polearm though.  It lets me switch to halfswording if I want to backstab someone or give them a nice "SURPRISE!"(devastating with a MW German GS-- 37 pierce!)

i think 6 ath is a must with half swording as it feels so fucking slow

I hadn't had so much fun until I tried the build Cora recommended to me, which I have been enjoying for two generations: 18/21 at level 30 with 140 2h wpf and the rest in polearms. Half-swording is finally useful with this build.

I'm going for this build now:

Level 32 (17 784 806 xp)

    Strength: 21
    Agility: 21

    Skills to attributes: 10

    Ironflesh: 2
    Power Strike: 7
    Athletics: 7
    Weapon Master: 7

    Two Handed: 130
    Polearm: 127*

*WPF calculated by the Planner isn't exactly correct (it's a bit less).

What I don't know is what I would do at higher levels - go for riding or for 24/21 / 21/24.

Unsurprisingly, the best I've done with halfswording was as a pure polearm build. It is a nice change of pace when you've been using a spear or poleaxe over and over for many rounds. Just pick up that fancy expensive +3 two hander off a corpse and go to town!
