Do you guys actually find Wellbeck good? He is good for Tottenham or some mediocre club like that, not for title contenders.
A lot of people give Welbeck a lot of crap, his goal to game ratio is very good, for someone who has been played out of position for all his life at United and plasmas on the bench a lot of the time.
When i have ever seen him play, he has looked good, he is tong, has pace, and has some sort of skills. I believe he will be another Daniel Sturridge, someone who needs a string of games and a couple go goals and he will become a really good striker.
I really like the way Arsenal invest in young English players rather than spending 10's of millions on top flight international players. Remember Welbeck is till 23 and has a lot of time to grow. Wenger has a very good record with bringing strikers in and making them world class.
Plus i would rather have Welbeck than Falcao who is on 345k a week and is a complete Mercenary.
Can't be worse than Sanogo & Giroud, besides - playing alongside Walcott & Oxlade-Chamberlain might be interesting to see, add Sterling & Sturridge and that's how England's front lines should look like, 5 young black Lions that would tear the enemy apart with their pace and mobility in general, if they a decent central midfielder behind them who could pass a ball behind opposition defense England would rock.
Sanogo is rubbish,but is still only 21, Giroud is very good, you cannot say he is rubbish. He scored 25 goals last season with his back facing the goal last season.
