Is there a texture pack or something that makes everything look horrible?

My new laptop just broke after only 2 months so now I'm trying to play this game on a business laptop from 2005 that can barely run the game. My graphics settings are as low as possible, I'm on direct x 7, and my fps is still bad. So is there a way to make everything look like shit so the game's actually playable?

Make everything invisible, that should do the trick.
