I feel like these three are fairly likely (or at least possible), but I'm not sure what to put for the others because I don't really even know who's actually involved in developing this thing at this point. The one on the right is especially puzzling to me because I don't know of any dev who would be in his thirties even, and the dude looks like he might actually be 40. Autobus?

The guy you marked as cmp is must be Zimke, as he is the only one who looks Serbian, besides, how on earth can you pair cmp's character with that clothing style. Seems to me the guy on the far right must be cmp, as he looks as Italian as it gets.

Yeah, I was thinking the one on the right looks southern, but is cmp really that old? I thought he was in his twenties.

I also thought similar things as you about the middle guy, but after eliminating the one on the right, it leaves the him as the most likely one for cmp. Like you say, he looks kind of Slavic, and cmp is from the Slovenian border, so it could work.

He's probably one of those two, though.

My guess would be that cmp is the far right guy. A bit older then the rest, short & stocky (matches his italian nationality) with a dead-as-it-gets face with zero emotions (fits his charming forum personality), almost as if he was undead. He holds his head quite high so we don't see him balding on top of his head, a few years from now he'll look like a roman senator from the age of Gaius Julius Caesar or maybe even like friar Tuck.

The second from right? Actually, I think the features look more like the guy who's second from the left. It's hard to tell with such a small picture.
