I see two similar situations in the logs:

In both cases you were reported for a teamwound, and then you killed them & got reported again, two times in an hour. In the instance with Hanniball you killed him 6 seconds after the report, and it doesn't look like you were in the middle of fighting at that point (13 seconds between the teamkill and another AI bot killed).
Then in the Blackfist_Worldrular teamkill it was 19 seconds after the initial teamwound, and again 13 seconds later AI bots started dying.
So basically I don't believe your story, and if I wasn't such a lenient soul I would probably give you a small ban. Because your ban history is clear however and in part because the context of the situation is a bit ambiguous, I'm going to let you off with a warning. Please take away the following advice:
- Don't rage teamwound in the future, or you'll probably end up banned
- You'll get more lenience from admins if you own up to your errors and are apologetic than if you lie & blame others
