I guess 5% will be used on taxes. The rest 15% will be used to have whores with blackjack, so it's fine to me.

There is no weapon restrictions.

What about ranged in general ? Are shielders for example allowed to back up and switch to throwing weapons mid-fight ?

I don't really wanna spam your thread but that seems a little greedy. if you were at all confident in your abilitys you would be hoping to take 1st prize no?
