I've been one of the few new voices around here, as far as I can tell, and one of the most active/vocal at that. Been playing a lot, participating in and out of game, and I think people have noticed. Made a few good connections - even got tapped to become an admin-in-training. However, the above thread, and the idiotic attitude of the Dev within, and lead me to believe that I am not valued here whatsoever. I'm just another punk gamer - there are hundreds of me - fuck me and what I think, there will always be more asses in computer chairs. And hey, that's fine. But I'll take my business elsewhere.

I'm not going to rage out and say "CRPG BLOWS" or anything. It doesn't. It's the best multiplayer mod I've ever seen. But literally half of the fun for me is making things for myself and others - enriching the community- it's sort of what makes Warband and all of its iterations special. The Devs know that - it's why they started modding, too. But that very spirit is apparently soon to be regarded as cheating around here, so I'm out.

So continues the reign of the old-timey "I hate this mod but I'm never leaving" players. Driven out is the new blood that actually enjoys time spent here.

Probably good for me in the long run. For all I know these are some of the last months of my life, and I really don't need to spend them grinding my lvl 17 character up to the point where I can begin to contend.

Not a GTX man. Just a quit. But dude, be realistic. The admins don't answer people's most legit concerns. They're not going to spent time whitelisting a "mod" like "I turned the courser into a unicorn". It's too small, not universal enough, too unrealistic. It's for me and my friends. Who they don't care about.

Anyway, don't think I go with rage.

Don't go buddy. I can't promise it gets better, but it rarely gets worse. CMP may have just been disconnected from what you were saying. I for one love your Naked Mesh build, I still use it. I'd hate to see someone like you that came into this mod and started giving to the players, instead of taking all they could, leave the game after a little feud.

I dont get why this is a big deal. If they want to cheat it just ruins the gameplay for them. If they see me hiding behind a corner that doesnt allow them to kill me any easier... it just makes the game look retarded for them and doesnt help enough for me to care about. Baddies are bad.

Commodore, you pretty much made this game fun for me again. I got stuck in a moment where I wasn't really enjoying crpg as an archer and was losing interest in the mod. The unicorn texture inspired me to respec into a special build that keeps me just as good with ranged combat, but also allows me to be a lance cav just as effectively. I also look fabulous now riding my unicorn and if I have to send CMP a PM every single day to get this and your other stuff approved, I will.

Also, I was going to ask for a pretty katana.

They are adding new guys to the team atm like item unbalancers. Its not that far fetched to think someone can handle mod whitelisting
