I have an HP laptop
I tok it to bestbuy they had to replace the keyboard cuz a key broke off.
that took 2 weeks
got it back
the thing wouldnt boot up
took it back
took another week
finally went and got it back today
they backed up all my files and shit onto a external hard drive thing
they said all i have to do is start it up and put all my files back on
when i started the laptop up, it went to an option to either
Start windows repair
or
Start windows normally
starting windows normally does nothing just brings me back to this screen
so i chose windows repair
i am now in a spot where it says
"repairing disk drive this may take over an hour to complete"
i have read on several places that this is an error and goes for days without doing shit
i have also read it works sometimes...
im not going to touch it anymore for at least a few hours maybe even a day
i wanna know if anyone has gone through something like this
or if anyone can help me in figuring out what my next course of action should be
