Update EU DTV & resurrect EU_7 [SOLVED]

Now that nudge has been updated in the other game-modes, it would be the perfect moment to update EU DTV, so we get proper nudging in DTV as well (instead of all nudges for all classes) (and re-enable nudging on teammates) and all the other stuff NA DTV has.

Fuck that, nudge is vital in DTV for real, unlike the spam-purpouse in other gamemodes. Keep it working for all weapons, since no one gives a fuck about DTV anyway

NA_7 has ragdoll hit soak and bots blocking in all directions, while EU_7 does not and is outdated. Jesus, it still has polestagger! 

I asked plenty of times, read about it and discussed it. I still have no clue. What is polestagger?
