The Arabian swords finally got the buff that they long deserved.

The Paramerion is  (OP) and the new mace fills a big gap, It has a stab! The new shields are also really cool and again fill gaps in the existing equipment list.
Loving the new Items and i suspect loom points are worth a fair bit at the moment. Which is a good sign. The new swords look great and new weights for some swords is a great subtle buff.

Pros:
-Buff to almost every 1H
-new gear Its great
-More 0 slot 1 handers that are viable
-Minor nerf to poleaxe and glaive
-Buff to 1H secondary modes
-New shields
-New swords



Cons:
-Paramerion is off the chain
-Knightly arming sword is inferior in every way to the new high tier sword
-One of the new shields can be used from horseback
-New mace is better than the winged mace in too many ways
-2 slot light crossbow was not (imo) necessary
-Arming sword and long arming sword are left far behind
-I think the persian war axe missed out on secondary mode buff
-SHASHKA is GONE!!!!!!

If you look at the patch notes they turned the shashka in to the parmesan sword

Looking at the model, a low blunt stab would work for it, though.

Then the Shashka is still gone. To be honest I don't mind it going, the texture was horrible and not many Cossacks in cRPG.

Paramerion is cheaper,have more range and more pierce and more SPEED then Nordic champion sword and Spathion. Wtf balance team?

I had the balance team's approval along with cmp and a few modelers willing to work on it.  Sad.

I got info from shik they are gonna rebalance some stuff. ;)

People said they would work on a model if the stats were finalized.  Some people were working on them.  Autobus said he would knock it out right away, Shik was making one.  Everyone in the balance team sent me to other people and dicked around about if it was going to be added or not.  There already were models for Estoc in other mods too.  I didn't want to tell someone to do it without confirmation it would be added and there was poor communication and organization on how to handle it.

Even the knife got more cut damage (28) now, it's really getting ridiculous. On top of that they buffed the side sword again, for what reason I don't know...
Either cut the cost in half or give it a damage buff, because at the current state it's just a joke compared to other top tier swords.

So true, my clanmates refer to me glancing queen, if you have under 4ps it glances on every swing to most armors.
I bought a mighty Iberian today so probably won't be using it much until it gets a buff.

I found the fact that alot of (somewhat useful, but not extreme)1hs got 0 slothed was a pretty good move. Kudos, huge huge love for that one. And yes, I too miss the disappearance of Shaska. I somewhat miss its look. The handle of the Paramerion looks too fancy for an old scumbag like myself.
