You can glitch it out by unapplying mid-battle which poor performers tend to do but really hurts their team with no consequences. Their name gets removed from the list of mercs in the after abttle reports so its really hard to track down who screwed your team and left the battle early. Its become increasingly common, 2-4 people doing this in every major na battle ive seen lately. Started keeping track myself for our battles by leaving the battle page open and double-checking afterwards, but its still a pain in the ass and shouldn't be allowed. I know im blacklisting people over it.
