Not sure why I'm banned but it says I am globally banned.  No idea why.

From what I understand he told some made up crap to cmp who actually does the bans.  he didnt provide any evidence (of which there is none for falsified claims of smoothrich), just got me universally banned based on shik's recommendation.

I can only access forums.  Glad all my items stayed in the armory - hate to have my clan penalized for bad admins.

Unban Kesh. He didn't do anything wrong. I looked at their gear this past attack and all of it was honest gear, I didn't see any obscene amounts of gear that could constitute "item bombing". He also very rarely touches upon any sort of "rl info" (if anything he's mildly stabbing at it in retaliation to things that have been said about himself). While I do not always agree with things Kesh says or does, you cannot fault him in this situation. I'd like to see the "evidence" for his banning, and if none can be shown shortly, THEN FUCKING UNBAN HIM so the man can enjoy playing Strategus--one of very few things that is even remotely enjoyable about this game anymore.

ITEM bombing, multi Accounting, I think

All though Item bombing is not marked on the rule list it's still exploiting a broken item system which is against the rules after doing this more then 3 times in a row maybe they got sick of it and banned you. this show's that it wont be tolerated also it's a bad idea to post saying you don't have idea why you were banned surely you had a idea cause you know what the item does. I hope this post helps you understand why you were banned and what you will have to do to fix the problem.

( Item Bombing )  Glitches the game to the person who was Item Bombed making the gear unable to be selected

we attacked with a fully equipped army (no rocks or paper hats or free gear or crazy numbers of things)... Its not item bombing. We attack in waves to try and win a city... not item bombing... kesh did not attack the city at all, so why was he banned?

Your reasoning is flawed and so is this decision to ban him. Must be nice to have an admin in your faction.. when you are losing a war just get leaders for the other team banned.

Just trying to help kesh know why he was banned it does not seem like hero party is losing the war it seems like there winning check out the K/D on your faction when you attack the hero party

I can't respond and write an unban essay without being given a basis for my ban - thats why I'm asking and i'm not asking for speculation but word from cmp.  Would also like some actual proof of wrongdoing, not just smoothrich spouting out crap.

Maybe they banned you for a little bit until they can gather the evidence if any at all. Which is wrong to do so, having enemies with more power than you will eventually come to haunt. Time will tell. There was obviously some bias and hate involved, whether miniscule or largely effecting.
