Unban request Kesh_ATS

I got trolled by a level 1 admin (smoothrich) who is raging over losing his city on strategus so immediately after the battle he banned me for "item bombing" because the attacking army had 3000 crates (dbrookz was the actual attacker, im just one of the leaders of the clan he hates).  Also, dbrookz only had 119 item types, the 3000 crates came from having 1000 ladders, over 1000 arrows, 400+ bolts, 31 csites, 700 cmaterial, and 75 siege shields and about 100 excess armor (pelatastos and ragged outfits) just in case archers used different types than the heavier cav robes.  Shik who has been in his strategus faction for months gave approval to any banning of me whether on real or imagined charges.  Can we get these admins out of here, they ruin the community - I know at least 10 faction members that have stopped playing crpg because of how awful the na admin community is.

Let this be a lesson, if you attack Smoothrich's fief, you will get banned.  Is this is the type of admin behavior we want in our community?  Is this the type of admin behavior that makes us pull our investments?  Only time will tell.

I can understand you being upset at the breach of confidentiality, but are you really going to just ignore the evidence he posted here? This looks like the clearest case of admin abuse and shady behavior I've ever seen in c-rpg to date....and it's not just an accusation....it's damned logs. At least try to explain rather then just blatantly saying "NO" because you don't like the fact that he's showing off words that were intended to be kept private, they are of relevance after all, and only paint a very bad picture of you and possibly other admins.

Not to mention, accusatory? All the accusations he made were proven true with logs, with statements from yourself and others. I wouldn't call it accusatory as much as I'd call it facts proven with evidence. And I really don't see any "trolling" or "shit posting". That's more or less a way for you to say "I don't like what you're saying so I'm not going to acknowledge it". I don't see anything troll-esque here. Sure he's denying it, but rightfully so. Your ban appears to be based on an assumption so how can you KNOW what he was or wasn't doing? I mean even another admin was speaking up against your excuse for the ban.

Smoothrich is a hypocrite and has a history of this kind of shit, may as well turn the thread into "Ban request: Smoothrich".

Kesh got banned for literally no reason, he has logs to prove that the other admins are in on it and all the admins can do to justify their wrong doing is ask how he got his hands on the logs.

Not deserving of a ban, Kesh was hardly the first person to come up with the idea to abuse item bombing an army, and no one else who has exploited it has suffered any repercussions. It's even harder to take this seriously considering the history between these two.

The last time I posted in a ban/unban thread (and the time before that), I got death threats from random chat requests on steam for a couple weeks. I am risking this harassment again to say that Kesh pulled excess gear out of each army before attacking in the siege of Ahmerrad. I don't want to spill all of the clan's confidential strategus info, but I'm sure someone (admin? dev? don't know what powers they have) can look into the database and see that extra gear was culled from armies before the attacks.

Anyone else feel like smoothrich should not be able to put admin input in on this thread considering it is regarding him? In fact I would like to call for the disposal of smoothrich's adminship. He has proved over the last several months his inability to maintain an unbiased and objective mind when addressing c-rpg cases where he is required to assume the role of admin that has been placed upon him by crpg community and developers. Smoothrich has blaintly shown his hate for kesh especially in strat and therefore is unfit to deal with any cases regarding him. In the most recent siege he turned a blind eye when his men exploited a hole in the ground by poking their heads out shooting(crossbows) then going back in to reload. If you have fallen into a glitched area you are allowed to be there but need to vacate as soon as possible within reason. These soldiers were clearly using it as an exploit and were not following rules. I am sure Smoothrich is famaliar with the rules and was aware of what was going on since they were under his command.

No, its almost only just Strategus enemies.  Most who've ever voted Bad in this thread was after I banned someone (or didn't ban) during a Strat battle and the clan would mass vote BADMIN in this thread because I made the Tough Calls that no one else could.  The past page is just crying by EU Fallen members who no one's ever seen in game and Tears of Destiny, who is basically the Frank Grimes to my Homer Simpson (and had a nearly identical self-destruction.)

Must be a tough call to ban the person you hate the most and then encourage dishonorable battle behavior with a broken staircase when you have biased interests in the outcome of the battle. I actually believed you were a good admin until you showed your immaturity today.

No one really cares about item bombing, its just them being awful.  He's a multi accounter in Strategus.  That's not allowed.  We've been following it for months.

Indeed, you have put forth no evidence to support your claim that he multiaccounts, not to mention that these bans have previously been handled solely by the dev team.
