I have been experiencing this since I have switched to WSE 2 around a week ago. Here are some of my conclusions relating to the issue.

The intensity varies significantly. Sometimes the stutter is gone, sometimes it is just a minor nuisance, sometimes it can be unplayable.  I believe I have found two factors related to the intensity, I am sure there are others. Maybe these will help in pinpointing exactly what is causing this issue.
  • The Map -This seems to be the most important factor. From my experiences, certain maps cause much more stutter than others. Some maps are unplayable for me due to the high amount of stutter, yet the next map will be perfectly fine.
  • Amount of Nearby Players - This is the only other factor that I have noticed other than the map. At the beginning of almost every round the stuttering is visible. In larger fights it also seems to be more present. I have not done any strat fights with WSE2 to test, but I have read on the forums that players were experiencing this type of lag in strat fights.

I changed max fps to 60 and it works without teleportation issue. But now i have the old problem. I need to be able to cap max fps below 60 in order to have smooth game. Basically 59 does the trick and i dont know why and how but it works. Since the latest patch i cant do that. Well i can but if i do that i start teleporting and if i put it to 60 or above i have fps issues. V-synch is off and has been off since i started playing this mod. Im furious and want to play this game with no problems.
I have a good PC... and i forgot which components i have but i know i got i5 intel cpu, 8gigs of ram @1400MHz, GTX650 with 2 gigs of vram, win 7 ultimate 64. I even have headphones and i use right click and mouse movement to block when im not using my horny bow!

Halp!

I just finished playing Crysis 2 on extreme graphic settings and had no fps issues or stutters while in this game i cant move sliders almost at all. Srsly devs respond (at least with some words, like, "we dont care" or "we are working on it (yeah right)" or something like it...)...

Started disabling shit one by one, apparently bringing the "animation quality" down to medium (or even low or whatever) helped my game. Works fine now.

I used to not be able to even see people swing until I turned that setting down. Hope someone else has similar luck as me.

I have the same issue from 2 days. Fps don't drop, no lag, but i see animation blocked and some frames are skipped. It's unplayable for me right now :( i tried to turn down graphics but it doesn't help.

EDIT: Ok i found the solution for me. The new ati driver 13.9 were the reason of my issues. I tried to install the beta driver 13.10 and now everything works fine.

I don't have any stuttering, but my mouse movements seem a tiny bit delayed. It doesn't seem to be delayed in directx7 though, weird.

Holy shit I thought I was the only one. Every time I swing and they block it gets a 0.5 second delay or when I'm blocking it's really fucking weird.

Hey there
I have a big problem. Since the middle of September (or maybe earlier) I've got a huge problem. It comes out as a constant delay. My ping is 64-70 but to me it seems like if it would be 164. I've tried to play without of WES2 and it worked quite better, but I cant play without WSE ('cos I using some features of this). So is there any tip to solve my problem, or maybe I can dowload somewhere an older version of WSE2? Thanx in advice. Lags killing my brain. I just can't play this game anymore...
QQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQ*here comes the sea of tears*QQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqQQqqq...
ps. It seems like I have exactly the same problem as two previous authors, so please help us in the name of Jesus... or some other Random Gringos

UPD: Today 2013-10-07 I had no lags. It's just disappeared :-/ Game was played smooth and clean. Have no idea why. But now I am happy again.

Amen. Having to use 20 FPS, crappy WSE1 just cause WSE2 has weird stutters is really depressing.
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

My situation is certainly weird.

My archer in strat battles work fine both on NA and EU battles with WSE2. (Never tried without because it works).

However in regular battle and Siege (on EU1 and EU2) with WSE2 the mod is unplayable since I am lagging all over the place no matter the graphic settings nowadays. (just to work just fine).

The funny thing is the game feels sluggish and jerky even on lowest settings without WSE2. I don't get this game. It used to run fine, now it is a lagfest. And yes my laptop is powerful enough to run this. (or should be).

I don't suppose you've updated your graphics drivers recently? I've had some similar experiences with certain versions of both AMD and NVIDIA drivers, although most of the problems I've had were with native.
