WSE2 was working for me fine, but I got on today and it seems to do this stuttering thing. My FPS is fine, stays at 120. But every other second or so it sort of freezes up for a very small amount of time then unfreezes. It's like stop motion animation or shit. But my FPS never drops. o.o

Are you using laptop ?
Remember remember the fifth of November. The gunpowder, treason and plot. I know of no reason, why the gunpowder treason, should ever be forgot.

Everyone on NA_1 got this last night at the exact same time. I thought "shit, I'm getting that stuttering others are talking about", but a great number of people reported it at the same time. So perhaps this stuttering is a server side and not a client side issue.

You sure? Cuz it's still happening. But as soon as I stop using WSE2 it's gone o.o

Have it too from time to time. Funny thing is that it starts exactly when a new map comes up until the map ends, never inbetween. Usually my fps is at 100, when I got the stuttering it drops to ~80.

I usually play on a laptop but I wouldnt know how this causes the stuttering.

Odd, it happens at all times for me if WSE2 is on. I should really fraps it, it's really hard to describe, very subtle, but just enough to greatly hinder my ability to fight. And the thing is, my FPS never drops. Really quite odd.

Similar to this but lighter?

I get this, and your ping usually doesn't go up most of the time. Sometimes it will to a random value.

I have the same issue, I think. It's not so much an issue of FPS dropping, it's frame skipping - around every second the game skips a couple of frames, which makes it appear to stutter. This disappears the moment WSE is unloaded.

[Edit] Unlike San's video.

I've encountered an issue like this as well. Basically, if I make rapid consecutive turns (ie left -> right, right -> left, left -> right again), I start to experience a lot of screen tearing, jerky movement, and input delay despite the fact that my FPS isn't dropping below my cap of 100.

Turning down my settings didn't alleviate the issue, and I don't think it's that my hardware is insufficient either, considering that my CPU is a 3570K and my GPU is a 6870.

Nah not really like this, much lighter and less noticeable. But it's just enough that it hinders my blocking because I miss the animation and only will see the end oftentimes. I'll probably just FRAPS it sometime and post it because it's rather hard to explain.

Happens to me at least twice every night I play (usually more, but it's very intermittent).  Not the end of the world typically because I'm on horse back and can try to stay away from action, but it's impossible to do anything useful while it's happening.  usually last from 3-5 seconds, but sometimes it's as long as 10 seconds.

I have great internuts (docsis 3 modem, 5mb/s upload, 50mb/s download) and a newer computer (constant 120fps and no latency spikes when it happens)

It did this on WSE as well though, it didn't just start for me after WSE2.  It used to do it on WSE when I was consistently getting 200-250fps

An update fixed some synchronization issue. Could synch issues have any relation to people's problems?

An update fixed some synchronization issue.

It doesn't really say that, does it?

Could synch issues have any relation to people's problems?

No, unless their problem was a crash with a "synchronization with server failed" message.
