My problem is usually that I see the Merc banner when it's already too late and I team hit them :O. That black banner is invisible for half a second too long for me in most cases on horse

Few if any of the existing banners (including all the Native ones) bear any characteristics of Medieval heraldry.

Medieval banners were full of details aswell with actual meanings, here heraldry is just what is good for the eye.

For example, If im right, only templars who went on a crusade we allowed to wear the actual cross, so only templars who are 2 month old should wear heraldics!

I meant that I don't really notice what exactly is on the banner anymore, due to getting used to the sight. That is why it doesn't bother me. Mercs are active alright.
