Launcher not woking

When I start the crpg launcher it says.

[19:32:31] Downloading version info
[19:32:32] Downloading custom banners
[19:32:33] Unable to connect to the remote server
[19:32:33] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 83.169.2.72:80
[19:32:33] Update failed

Couldn't see anyone else having this issue have I missed something?

It asks if you want to try again, select "no" and it should let you play.

Or try offline mode if you don't use WSE2.

You can play wse2 offline, right?

Before when I started it up anyway I was missing gear.  Now I just tried and its all there. Cheers.

 I have same problem!  :

 First I couldnt download update, next time i chose "No", and was naked for every server.
Now launcher goes immediately for "Not Responding"- state after launching.

 I downloaded new launcher, but still same problem.

 I couldnt appear for strategus battle cause of this..

 Someone who knows; we need you!

 That someone was Nessaj! He did great effort by searching problem with me,
and finally fixing firewall settings helped!!!

tick the 'offline' box when you start the launcher, if the 'not responding' problem is because of your pc, this should work
