my proposal:

orange and blue transitional armors,  not cause ugly but they are unnecessary, as heraldic can create whatever effect.

items that are not in use should be replaced with some other sweet items, for example i havent seen anyone using Blue Transitional Armor with Surcoat or Heavy Kuyak for ages , replace or remove them.

Never seen those used in-game, they occupy space that could be used by another khuul items.

On a more serious note, removing Short Bow is probably only thing that makes sense currently, other than that stuff is commonly used (often with effective result) and should be kept... And maybe the Heavy Plate Armor, which is ugly as fuck
