I retired after the patch and been using the same gear too for most of the levels and I'm nearly lvl 30 again and haven't seen said message.

I don't know anymore, i'm in the same "I've retired and now I'm nearly level 30 again but I haven't seen the message yet" boat.

I guess chadz will withhold the secret and forget about us... Is there a chance for a little more transparency or hints that could be given.

Hope it's not biaised on the fact that you don't change your equipment saved on the site. Cause since there's no "nothing", you can't take away one of your equipment for one round, so i usually don't put any weapon and decide each round wich i will take.
Anyway, never got the message, but i'm bad and don't play often.

But still, a clue in what it does and how you "can" (random factor) get it would be highly appreciated.
