Then i play as Archer with longbow and 130 wpf I get the message - "your WPF in bow too low"
so maybe this "chadztext" reduces the requirements WPF for weapons.  Although the "chadztext" has to act and on the horses too, and they are without WPF requirements)), but decrease the requirements Riding too good bonus   

This would make sense with the newest "your skill is too low for bows" message. It could reduce your penalty for using heavier armor. Since I always use the lightest armor possible I wouldn't get it as I don't have a penalty. I've got plenty of coin, I'll run around in plate for a few days and see if I get this message with that setup.

Are people getting this message multiple times with different armor sets? I finally got it today after several hours of playing in the same outfit. I did change my weapon one round before the message. There was no leveling or anything sincve I was in the midst of the 30-31 grind.

I still think it's something very simple, like +1 damage or armor. It can affect any gear that you are wearing at the time, just like heirlooming. It's also supposed to be rare (I and many others still haven't seen this message), so I don't expect the bonuses to be too trivial.

The wording of the phrase is a lot like RPG code for "you've leveled up." It could be that all/one of the pieces of gear you are wearing has "leveled up" and increased many of its stats. We just can't see the increases. At least not yet. Honestly, how noticeable is a single +1 damage, speed, or armor in practice?

Also, there has to be something better than "chadztext."

Yeah. maybe they just have an invisible counter running in background for each player how often it shows up.
and maybe they will add some stuff later, when they see its balanced and bug-free.

I got it, no where near a level, did not kill anyone in the last ten seconds, and it was about 1 second before someone died.

Confused, but at least I use the same gear from level 17 and on up, sometimes earlier.
