It's kind of nice that people try to keep a tab of how/when/why they got it but since we learned 30 pages ago that this ''has a randon component'' I think it would be best to concentrate your energy to lobby the hell out of the flying mage basterd...

here's two screenshots of different times when i've seen this message, both these screenshots have some similarities, same map (not that it matters), both around four minutes, i'm at low health on both, nearing the end of leveling, one person remaining on the enemy team, i'd been dismounted on both and done a fair bit of fighting on foot, not that this helps but i thought i'd post it anyway...

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
