Its just the reverse of converting 2 skill points to 1 attribute points, so you don't lose anything by converting back and forth.

I love this change. It gives me just that extra little 2 skillpoints I need.

Instead of turning 2 skill points into an attribute point you can do it the other way around and convert 2 attribute points to 4 skill points.

This feature actually makes it usefull to go try and get to level 32. Plan your build for level 31 (+3 skill points compared to level 30 build), then hit level 32, convert and you have another +3 skill points.

Wouldn't be gamebreaking, as it just gives you 3 more points to play with (3 more IF=6 more HP for me).

At level 33 I would run out of stuff to put points in.

All skills above 10 are useless, said in a topic which i couldn't find. Only thing that works above 10 is weapon master, not sure though.

Very good thing !

Now every level can be turned into a "end build" one, with attributes %3 = 0.

And I think it won't allow too much lolbuilds, except the Jack-of-all-trades, which is not really a problem. Very few builds have spare place for 6 dump skill points anyway.
