that is true zox but it has happened to pretty much every major faction in strat at least once and people just say "suck it up". Its annoying yes but its nothing compared to what happened in other versions of strat and there are never rollbacks

Sorry to hear about the troop loss. Nice to hear that templars are willing to give back equipment. Sad to hear that Devs don't compensate crash-related losses. Shouldn't devs be able to compensate tickets, without a lot of fuss?

The site didnt go down 10 minutes before the battle. It went down hours before the battle, it went down just under an hour before the Risen battles which we also lost because of the site being down, but I'm guessing the Risen aren't going to give our stuff back. We'll just have to deal with it and move on.

We don't care about equipment, equipment is easy to replace. It's more about the tickets.
