I really doubt this. This would be ridiculous, picking them up is such a hugely vital aspect for throwers, especially dedicated throwers. They have very little ammo most of the time, and these throwing weapons are their main weapon, often only weapon. This would be like saying if you were a melee player and miss one block and take a hit, you can no longer block until you respawn.

I heard that you will need PD for xbow, and they will remove xbow on horse.

This is a good idea actually.

Maybe to spice things up for veterans, but we already turn away enough new players as is, this would be the nail in the coffin for them.

Well in keeping with being fair then, if you miss your swing, you can't swing anymore.....doesn't sound too fun. Mistakes are made and shouldn't be punished so harshly. Plus it's not like throwers magically rejuvenate lost throwing items, they must go find it, and often risk being killed in doing so, not to mention the weapons tend to disappear into objects quite a bit, not too fun for them.
