At the begining some facts:
weigth of one mw tatar arrow 0.4
weigth of one mw bodlin a little above 0.41

IMO it's a bit too big compared to dmg delivered by them, but ok, I get accostumed to it.

My suggestion is:
Add weigth of missile sticking from a shield to it's basic weigth. I mean all missiles: arrows, throwing weapons and bolts.

If every single ranged got a decrease of movement speed because of missiles weigth, why shilder who got in his shield 10 arrows, few bolts and for ex. 2 jarids is still as fast as he was when the round starts?

He shoud got not only moving speed decrease, but also shield should be slower. If i could choose one of it I think, that i will choose decrease to shield speed, because it's more realistic.

I don't care about missiles sticking out of my enemies or me, because they suffer dmg from them, and it's enougth.

This post will make probablu some rage as always, but I don't care

Very good idea. If this got implemented then ranged could finally defend themselves against OP agi shielders by slowing them down!

Lower the weight of bodkins arrows or bring jump shooting back. I'll be a happy archer then.

I don't think this would be very useful. Before the arrows would make a significant change in the shielder's speed, his shield would probably have  broken due to the damage :P Besides a single archer/crossboman doesn't even carry enough arrows/bolts to make a differance. Also if we take a realism into account, what would stop a shielder from just getting the projectiles out of his shield?

Because the weight is only there vs kiting.

Shielders don't kite...

But my arrows just love you Panos ;D

Also if we take a realism into account, what would stop a shielder from just getting the projectiles out of his shield?

Putting them out from shield will force shielder to stop for a while, especially when it would be a throwing weapon and should additionally dmg shield.
You can of course easilly break arrows, but you will have to make one move, and in shield there will still something left.
Archer forever :D

One Huscarl Shield is already 9 weight. That's more than 3 Danish Greatswords, for crying out loud. What more do you want?

My video links library is gold sometimes.

EDIT:
It's not a question about if it's realistic or not, it's about that noone would play this game if the realism part was
the prime target.
So realism is no argument that will help alot.
Fact is that this would only help big groups of archers which are powerful enough as the yare now.
Besides that its just silly to think about arrows weight affecting shields when we have horses riding into walls and
invisible barriers and stuff.
Would it make the game better? No. Would it be fine balance wise? No. Should we add it? No.

Ranged weight is ridiculous though, there is no denying that. A huscarl shield is 9 weight, but 2 sets of steel bolts are 10 weight?

An arbalest, a huge chunk of wood and metal weighs 4.3, yet 12 of these tiny bolts with bits of steel/flint on the end weigh more

12 war darts weigh 6
