I think it came from a game where our entire team did badly (me included) and didn't get a single kill for like half the game or something.

And they decided to pick me as scapegoat, all reported me and I think that triggers an auto mute for some reason.
(maybe wrong, clarify pls)

It already went off a few hours ago, and I could still ping I think and maybe use chat wheel. Didn't care that much, it was even better sometimes.

I had a couple good games last time I played. The second was as Earthshaker and the Luna I was laning with was giving me a hard time in the first 5 minutes because she overextended and got herself killed and badly injured a second time. She changed her tune once I secured a couple kills in the lane against the Meepo and Sand King and then buggered off to go help the other lanes and ending the game 15ish minutes later by sacrificing myself for some key echo slamming letting her clean up with lunar eclipse.

The first was as Mirana, one of those games where everyone buggers off right at the beginning and leaves me in the fountain without a courier and having to go mid. It turned out alright though as the opposing Gyro didn't show up to the lane for the first minute, kept leaving to roam and then a handful of decent ganks with [lucky] arrows later the opposing team couldn't take it anymore and rage quit after about 25 minutes leaving Riki by himself.

I also dunno how the reporting system works exactly but from what I've heard I don't think anything actually happens unless you get reported multiple times through a handful of games. I could be wrong though because I was put in LP for abandoning one of my first games when the map kept scrolling down on it's own and I didn't realize you could rejoin. I'm guessing my team reported me but when I looked later they won anyway

People in Dota 2 report over anything. And they threaten to report over anything. It's hilarious, really. I've been reported hundreds of times and nothing's ever happened, yet the average Dota player seems to think it's some kind of a massive threat. The whole mentality, though, is fucking annoying. "omg you didn't do the retarded thing i wanted you to do, reporrted, all report, report, enjoy ur lpp"

I'm sure at least two teammates reported me the first time I played Razor, which I didn't want to do originally but usually people don't collaborate during single drafting and just chose who they like best, not who will fill out the team best. I'm guessing my MMR has gone up though because I tend to get games now where people attempt to make some semblance at team play but people also seem more vocal when things go sour because they know what to knit-pick.

Although, one of the last matches I had sounded like my team was a bunch of hicks spanning from per-pubescent to middle-aged, I had to mute about 5 minutes in.
