Had two really fun games in which our team ended up turning the game, it was very intense haha

First of these was cool because we had english speakers, other was pretty weird, I decided to screenshot it.

In this game I clearly stated that I'm a bit tired and want to play dedicated support, then after buying courier etc, they make me go mid.
I asked them why can't they adapt if I said I want to play support in the first second of the game, got this.

I've decided to give it a try after a longtime. Since i'm noob at those kind of games i wanted to play as support with Shadow Shaman. I really like it. I mean lots cc option on it and good damage with ''Ether Shock''. I still need to learn a lot about items. But let me describe you my first game. 3 russian 1 hero and me.  One of them left the game instantly after the picks, other two didn't talk any other language than russian and the last one The Hero were chasing, attacking everything without checking his hp. So how am i supposed to learn this game? or is this even possible?

Read guides, practice with bots. Volvos matchmaking rating detection system is a bit "soft" at start so if you do good you should get matched with better players. This is the ideal scenario. The normal scenario is that you'll just have to put up with all kinds of retards on your team. Or get friends.

guides, tutorials, pro streams. read up get knowledge, practice last hitting, know all heroes/ atleast the meta. when you feel you know the game abit better and still get partyd up with tards, u can always make a new steam acc for dota. first 5 games are the games that put you in a skill pool, after that you can slowly pull yourself down or up.  so if this is your first game, maybe just make another steam acc and practice on that one.

I'd say learning Russian is the first step to success. You could start from swearing & insults
