Tinker is pretty easy harras and I've been having an easy time with it in mid, unless it's OD on the other side. Stuff gets lulzy when you get rearm+boots of teleport

I just tell my team "FORGET TEAMFIGHTS JUST KEEP THEM BUSY MIDLANE" and I begin pushing all the side lanes. I push one, as soon as they react RE-ARM TELEPORT TO BASE AND REPEAT ON THE OTHER LANE.

His fucking map pressure is outstandly retarded and his damage is pretty good as well. Oh and sheepstick perma stun.
