I wonder why Alliance didn't attempt to ban Alchemist at all, he gave them major headaches in all games.

Because it wasnt the biggest threat, Alliance knows how to deal with him i guess.

I'm a bit disappointed that they couldn't manage to make the finals not be in the middle of the night from Sunday to Monday for Europe, so that people with jobs could watch it live as well.

Only 19 hours left on my Compendium battle bonus! I am going to be playing all day I feel.

I've only played a couple of games since i bought my compendium. What gives?

Well the compendium gave you a battle bonus of like 125%, the more battle points means you level up more which means you get more items. It lasted until TI3 was over and it came out like 3 months ago.

You also get a courier, taunts and an immortal item

I don't use the courier, I don't use the taunts. You get one immortal item for one hero, it was the battle bonus that made the compendium worth the money.
