they really need to region lock, so sick and tired of it, id literally pay money to play with non south americans.(im aware mexico isnt south america, but they are all the same nonetheless, refuse to speak english, jajaja in chat the whole time, and only pick the same fucking characters constantly)

i get russians from time to time, but 99% of my games are Luis from Peru, or Juan from Bolivia, or Rodriguez and his brother Gonzales from Uruguay deep in the fucking jungles with 350ping, and of course none of them speak any english, they constantly type "meirda" and "jajaja" in chat, or "ez".  Like i said, i would give them money, literally a bucket of money to region lock it. 

They just opened up 2, TWO, two fucking new servers in South America, yet they dont even use them.  Im just so perplexed, so puzzled as to why i still have to deal with them.

might be my problem, ive decided to do the entirety of the all hero challenge before i play ranked so i pretty much have a rather full understanding of all the heroes.  Currently im stuck on Beastmaster, which isnt even bad, my teammates are just always so fucking stupid, or just dont communicate, IE, mexicans.
