The matchmaking system really irks me the way it seems to set things up. I'll have 5ish games that I fight hard to win, sometimes we snowball and sometimes they go on for 45-60 minutes and towards the fifth game I get more and more hesitant to actually play because I know it's coming, like lastnight, where it's going to put me on a team that has no cohesion, no sense of team compositions, and what seems like half of the total hours logged of the other team. Teams where they see no issue with me having to buy the courier and then sending me mid as Spirit Breaker versus Sniper, or Elder Titan versus OD, and your team is going to pick Antimage and Riki and then have them lane together while two supports go hard lane.
That Spirit Breaker one was the best though, Lich or Windrunner (who I felt would've been best suited mid for the single draft we picked) didn't want to do it and Tiny just tells me to buy tangos for when sniper starts hitting me before I can get to the creep line.
I think it might be the adult thing to do and take a little breather from this game.
